Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Dmytro Avramenko ("we", "our", "the developer") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Flippo mobile application (the "App") on Android devices.
By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please uninstall the App and stop using it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to operate and improve the App:
- Device & network identifiers – IP address, device model, Android version, and a resettable advertising ID (used for ad personalisation when you have opted in).
- Usage analytics – anonymous event data (screen views, button taps, game-completion counts) collected via Amplitude. No personally identifiable information is included in these events.
- Crash reports – stack traces and device context collected via Sentry to help us fix bugs. Reports contain no personal content.
- Audio recordings – voice recordings you make during gameplay are processed entirely on your device and stored only in the app's private cache folder. They are never uploaded to our servers.
The App does not use Artificial Intelligence to process your data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and maintain the App's core gameplay features.
- Show banner advertisements via Google AdMob to support the free version.
- Diagnose crashes and performance issues.
- Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the App.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob – advertising. AdMob Privacy Policy. Ad partners: Partner list.
- Amplitude – product analytics. Amplitude Privacy Policy.
- Sentry – crash reporting. Sentry Privacy Policy.
Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to these external services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Audio Data & the Share Feature
All audio recordings are stored exclusively in the app's private cache directory on your device. When you use the optional "Share this moment" feature, the audio clip is composed locally on your device and shared via the Android system share sheet — we never receive, store, or process the content you share. Round audio files are automatically deleted when the round ends or the game session closes.
5. Advertising & Consent
On first launch the App asks for your consent before enabling personalised advertising.
If you decline, non-personalised ads are shown instead (the npa=1 flag is sent
to AdMob). You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy & Tracking
inside the App.
You may also opt out of interest-based advertising by resetting your Android Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment card details.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. If you believe your child has provided such data, please contact us at the address below.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Audio files exist only for the duration of a game round and are deleted automatically. Anonymous analytics and crash events are retained for up to 12 months. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email us at app.flippo@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading or using Flippo (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Dmytro Avramenko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Create derivative works based on the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
3. User Content & Audio
You retain all rights to voice recordings you create during gameplay. By using the App you confirm you have the necessary rights to record and process the voices of all participants. You must obtain consent from all participants before recording them.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional one-time purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads") processed by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms of service. We do not issue refunds outside the policies available through Google Play.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is subject to Google's policies and is not controlled by us.
6. Internet & Device Requirements
The core gameplay works offline. Some features (analytics, crash reporting, ads, purchases) require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges incurred on your mobile network.
7. Updates
We may release updates to the App at any time. Continuing to use the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms included in that update. We reserve the right to cease operating the App at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dmytro Avramenko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
